Our staff of Service Technicians are responsible for daily route work, that is the rendering of and collecting for regular services of our customer accounts, both residential and commercial.  Good customer relation skills, both by phone and in person, and an ability to present yourself well and salesmanship come in to play with this position.  A basic knowledge of mechanical know-how is helpful as the route trucks are equipped with power sprayers.  You would also be responsible for soliciting new accounts-that salesmanship previously mentioned.  Your customers are your best friends out there and "word of mouth" goes a long way. 

In our office we do as much as we can "in-house" so the job has a wide range of responsibilities.  Some would include but not be limited to:  daily processing and balancing of route work, posting all incoming payments, all filing, payroll, quarterly tax reports, all year end tax and accounts receivable reconciliation, office cleaning, customer calls, inventory control and ordering, office supply inventory control and ordering, posting and payment of all accounts payable and collecting of a accounts receivable, scheduling of customer appointments, & radio dispatching.  Good customer relation skills and phone manners are an absolute must.  Our office is a casual setting but always professional!
