Residential Pest Control

Safeguard Pest Control offers a bi-monthly pest control service for our residential customers.  At the time of our technician's first visit to your home, an exterior cob-web wipe will be  performed.  This will be done up under the eaves and around windows and doors that can be reached.  The technician will then power spray the exterior of the home around windows and doors, up under the eaves and along the foundation.  Should you have any decking on the home, we will also spray around and beneath it.  At this first visit, the interior of your home will be serviced along exposed baseboards and ceiling areas.  Any areas creating a specific  pest problem for you will also be addressed at that time.  The technician will then return the following month and again service the exterior of your home, including the cob-web wipe and the interior will be serviced again if you are still experiencing pest problems.  Your technician will then return automatically every other month thereafter and maintain the exterior of the home, again with the interior being done on an "as needed" basis.  Should you experience any pest problems between your regular services, you simply need to call us for a "re-spray".  All re-sprays between regular services are rendered at no charge to you!
